Responsibilities The housekeeping coordinator supports the Housekeeping team's overall operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. This role bridges the connection between the housekeeping team and property operations, and guest service departments to uphold our brand promise: “Serve from the Heart and Empower Experiences. Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Housekeeping Manager and team. Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and assignment sheets to ensure efficient use of staff resources. Handle guest and owner requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with maintenance, Guest Services, and Front Office, and ensure timely turnover of residences. Track and report on unit status, productivity, and quality performance metrics. Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and recognition efforts of the housekeeping team Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management systems (experience with PMS systems preferred) Previous experience in hospitality operations or housekeeping administration preferred. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Must have strong organizational skills. A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering excellence is required. You must have the ability to manage time effectively.
