Maui Brewing Co. Kihei Restaurant is hiring a Front of House Manager! We’re looking for someone with restaurant and leadership experience who can lead by example, support the team, and help create a great guest experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise, coach and support the FOH team through staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure consistent service, quality, and operational standards.
- Lead and support daily FOH operations to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and consistent execution of standards.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety/sanitation expectations, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Coordinate with BOH and leadership team to manage flow of service, staffing levels, and operational priorities throughout each shift.
