Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 DOE plus bonus potential

Position Overview

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a reputable financial services firm in the Portland area to identify a Customer Support Specialis t who will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative foundation and experience supporting clients within a legal, financial services, or similarly structured professional environment.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing communications and monitoring projects from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and professional responses by being the client point of contact
• Coordinate and monitor client-related financial projects from inception to completion
• Maintain detailed records, documentation, and updates related to ongoing client work
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
• Prepare client-facing materials, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy
• Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, or delays
• Support administrative processes, including scheduling, document management, and data tracking
• Ensure all client interactions align with company standards for professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative and/or direct client support experience
• Required experience within a professional services environm ent (legal, financial services, or similar highly structured setting)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in documentation and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM or similar systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors Degree preferred)
