We are looking for a part-time front desk receptionist to join a dynamic, fun team at West Seattle Dental Center - an established multi-dentist dental practice.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Strong computer skills (Dentrix is a plus).
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Friendly, personable, and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, ability to work well on own and in a team environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
- Great organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently and independently problem solve with reason and logic.
- 3+ years receptionist and/or office administration experience preferred.
Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, confirm appointments, accept and process payments, manage basic patient information in dental managing software, scan/import/export/print electronic documents, maintain front desk and waiting room appearance, provide some administrative staff support, and other duties as assigned

Shifts and Office Hours:
- Morning or afternoon shifts covering 18-25 hours over 3-5 days per week.
- Monday 7:45 am – 5:30 pm.
- Tuesday 6:45 am – 5:30 pm.
- Wednesday 7:45 am – 5:30 pm.
- Thursday 6:45 am – 5:30 pm.
- Friday 7:45 am – 5:30 pm.
