We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating field technicians across HVAC, plumbing, drain, and electrical service calls. You will play a key role in scheduling, routing, and supporting technicians to ensure timely, efficient service delivery while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and communication. What You Will Do: Dispatch and coordinate technicians to service calls Schedule and prioritize daily work orders based on urgency, location, and technician availability Monitor job progress and provide real-time support to field technicians Communicate with customers regarding appointment windows, updates, and delays Handle inbound service requests and emergency calls efficiently and professionally Ensure accurate documentation of dispatch activities and job notes in the system Collaborate with service managers to optimize routing and workflow efficiency What You Will Bring: 1+ year of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination (trades industry experience is a plus) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with scheduling/dispatch software or CRM systems Flexible availability based on scheduling needs Valid Driver's License (preferred, not required depending on role setup) Must successfully complete screening process including assessments, interviews, background check, and drug screen Schedule: Option 1: FridayMonday, four 10-hour shifts (Ability to WFH Saturday & Sunday) Option 2: MondayFriday, 11:30 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Benefits: Health Coverage: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision plan options Insurance: Life, AD&D, and long-term disability included; optional short-term and gap coverage Savings Accounts: FSA and HSA contribution options Retirement: 401(k) available upon hire with employer match; Traditional and Roth options Time Off & Perks: Paid time off and holidays Paid parental leave Growth and Training Opportunities: Tuition Reimbursement On-going training and development Precision Today is an equal opportunity employer.
