Assistant Property Manager – Salem, MA Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager for an apartment community in Salem, MA. Job Responsibilities Knowledgeable in all aspects of site operations, rent collection, work order processing, and preparation of apartment turnovers. Ensure LIHTC program compliance and maintain resident relations. Manage annual and interim recertifications, property inspections, and a range of administrative functions. Requirements Knowledge of affordable housing programs, including Affordable Housing, LIHTC, federally‑assisted, and all state and local housing regulations. Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Solid administrative, organizational, computer, marketing, and resident‑relations skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated with the initiative to take on responsibilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years related property‑management experience in recertification, clerical, and administrative support. Extensive knowledge of OneSite and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. LIHTC recertification experience. Strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $28.85/hr – $31.25/hr.
