Your degree does not need to be in criminal justice in order to be a successful Police Officer! If you successfully complete the hiring process, the City of Novi will provide sponsorship for your enrollment.Compensation & Benefits: $70,704.83 starting pay with top-out pay at $107,040.78 after four years.
