Electrical MEP Engineer – Baltimore, MD
Well-established Design-Build Engineering Firm is seeking an Electrical MEP Engineer to join its growing team in the Baltimore area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction.
Responsibilities:
• Design electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and engineering calculations
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural disciplines
• Participate in client meetings, field investigations, and construction support activities
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project design and documentation
Requirements:
• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with MEP consulting engineering or design-build projects
• Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Knowledge of NEC and applicable building codes
• EIT or PE preferred
