Support Team Member in Customer Service

The Support Team Member in Customer Service is truly a team-based role. Team Members share and alternate in-house duties to provide consistent workflow for our Medical Billing Teams and Accounting.

Customer Service Support Team Members will handle tasks including, but not limited to the following:

Upload of electronic charge and payment files to company's billing system for processing
Batching and reconciliation of charges for billing
Retrieving medical records
Sorting and distributing incoming mail
Answer incoming calls and assist with over-the-phone-payments

Requirements

Reliability in daily attendance
A detail-oriented individual that can gather and document information accurately
Computer proficiency using multiple screens and programs
Great communication and customer service skill set
Comfortable working in an office setting

In-office; 8:00AM - 4:00PM; Monday - Friday.
