Accurate Auto Group | Kingman & Parker, Arizona

YOU'VE MASTERED YOUR CRAFT. NOW HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF IT.

We're not looking for more technicians. We're looking for the RIGHT one.

The technician everyone turns to when they can't figure something out. The one who knows how to diagnose problems, not just replace parts. Someone who takes pride in quality work and enjoys helping others become better technicians.

At Accurate Auto Group, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Automotive Technician / Mentor who wants to continue doing what they love while helping develop the next generation.

This isn't a desk job. You'll still turn wrenches, tackle challenging diagnostics, and produce quality work. You'll also help other technicians develop their skills, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

Whether you've been a Master Technician, Shop Foreman, Team Lead, or simply the go-to person in your shop, we'd like to hear from you.

YOUR EXPERIENCE DESERVES THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY.

We know earning potential, consistent work, and a well-run shop matter.

Here's what we offer:

• $90,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential
• Salary + bonuses for qualified candidates
• Additional mentorship compensation opportunities
• Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends!
• Technicians averaging 180–200 flagged hours per month
• Consistent vehicle flow and established customer base
• Clean, organized, air-conditioned shops
• Experienced Service Advisors and structured workflow
• Modern diagnostic equipment, digital inspections, and shop technology
• Company-paid training and professional development
• 75% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums
• 401(k) with 3% company match
• Paid time off and six paid holidays
• Company-paid $50,000 life insurance
• Relocation assistance for qualified candidates
• Paid working interview opportunity
• Confidential hiring process

LEAD BY EXAMPLE. DEVELOP THE TEAM.

As our Lead Automotive Technician / Mentor, you'll:

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical problems
• Mentor developing technicians through hands-on training and diagnostic guidance
• Share your knowledge of scan tools, testing procedures, and modern vehicle systems
• Help improve technician accuracy, efficiency, and confidence
• Promote quality workmanship, accountability, and consistent repair practices
• Lead with professionalism, integrity, and patience

We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We're looking for someone who knows a lot and is willing to share it.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 15+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
• Broad mechanical repair experience with domestic and import vehicles
• Experience with modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• ASE Master certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience a plus
• Proven productivity and commitment to quality repairs
• Patience, communication skills, and a willingness to teach
• Professional tools, valid driver's license, and clean driving record

Technical experience matters, but so does character. We value integrity, accountability, humility, and leadership without ego.

WE INVEST IN PEOPLE, NOT JUST EQUIPMENT.

Accurate Auto Group is an independent, family-owned automotive repair company serving Western Arizona.

Our shops have earned a 4.9-star Google rating with 650+ customer reviews, and several team members have been with us for more than 10 years.

We invest in our facilities, equipment, technology, training, and people because we believe great shops are built by great teams.

And we've seen what that investment can accomplish.

One of our team members started as a porter, worked his way up to technician, recently celebrated four years with us, and just purchased his first home.

That's the kind of opportunity and growth we want to help create.

We believe the future of the automotive industry depends on experienced technicians who are willing to teach, share their knowledge, and help others succeed.

ENOUGH WORK TO EARN WHAT YOU'RE WORTH?

It's a fair question, especially for experienced flat-rate technicians.

Our shops have established customer bases, consistent repair demand, and technicians averaging 180–200 flagged hours per month.

We support productivity through marketing, customer retention, experienced Service Advisors, and organized workflow.

We also recognize that mentoring takes time. That's why this position offers opportunities for additional compensation tied to developing other technicians.

We want you to succeed as both a technician and a mentor.

CONSIDERING WESTERN ARIZONA?

For qualified candidates, relocation assistance may be available, including help with moving expenses and rental deposits.

Kingman and Parker offer access to the Colorado River, boating, fishing, off-roading, and a more relaxed, small-town lifestyle.

And with weekends off, you'll actually have time to enjoy it.

TEST DRIVE OUR SHOP.

We know making a career move is a big decision.

That's why qualified candidates may have the opportunity to participate in a paid working interview.

Meet the team. See the equipment. Experience our workflow. Ask questions.

See what we're building before deciding whether it's worth moving your toolbox.

LET'S HAVE A CONVERSATION.

You've spent years building your skills and reputation. Now you have an opportunity to help build something that lasts.

We're looking for someone who still loves working on vehicles but also wants to help leave the industry better than they found it.

You don't need to quit your job, make a decision today, or even have a resume ready.
