The Business Development Inside Sales Professional plays a crucial role in driving new client acquisition. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position focuses on consultative sales approach for contigency collection services. Engaging with both domestic and international clients. With no travel required, the role centers on executing effective sales strategies then managing client relationships to foster business growth.

 

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies
• Manage client relationships to enhance engagement and retention
• Conduct negotiations to close business deals effectively
• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress and forecasting
• Perform cold calling to initiate new client conversations
• Apply consultative sales techniques tailored to financial services

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development Inside sales 
• Proven lead generation and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and inside sales
• Experience managing a client base and closing sales
• Ability to build rapport with C-level executives
• Background in B2B inside sales
