Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach while contributing to a reliable and welcoming environment for shoppers, visitors, and staff. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, sales floor areas, and/or parking areas for unusual activity, and communicate with store personnel regarding security-related issues. Support loss prevention and access control efforts by observing customer and employee activity, documenting incidents, and following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements Supervisory experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
