Contract Senior Recruiter – Medical Operations The Role Korn Ferry is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to support hiring for Medical Operations roles, including physicians, supporting onsite medical services across event venues. This is a remote position, however the ideal candidate will reside near venue locations in NYC, Columbus, Nashville, St Louis, San Jose, or San Diego. As a member of Korn Ferry, the Senior Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either on-site or off-site. The role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client-facing activities. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profiles and build talent pools for current and future engagements Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process Manage process and sourcing activities Follow agreed client recruitment processes for delivery Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates in presentations and shortlisting Manage candidate relationships Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions Required Skills 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience 5+ years of client-facing experience interacting with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process 5+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience 3+ years of medical recruitment experience 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches Preferred Skills 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience 5+ years of medical recruitment experience The successful candidate will need to complete background checks as part of our recruitment process.
