Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a dependable, hands‑on team member who enjoys problem‑solving and takes pride in quality work. What You’ll Do Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential homes and facilities Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems Complete preventative maintenance and safety checks Respond to maintenance requests and occasional emergency repairs Maintain tools, supplies, and work orders Coordinate with vendors when needed What We’re Looking For Experience in maintenance, facilities, handyman work, or building repair Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair/maintenance, and general repairs Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience Reliable, team‑oriented, and willing to jump in where needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and use tools safely Must pass background check, physical exam, and drug screening Background Check & Driving Requirement Disclaimer As part of our commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for the vulnerable adults we serve, all offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
