Job Title: Seasonal Order Pulling Laborer

Pay: $17.50/hr

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday (mandatory daily OT could be required on 6th day work; holiday shifts required)

As a Seasonal Order Pulling Laborer, you'll be essential in moving materials, verifying and pulling customer orders, and maintaining an organized work space. You'll work closely with team members to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all tasks, contributing directly to the company's success.



What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Order Pulling Laborer, you will be responsible for

• Unloading cartons and receiving shipments, inspecting for damage, and verifying quantities.
• Sorting cartons by title, placing them on conveyor lines, and inspecting products for quality and accuracy.
• Preparing and palletizing cartons according to warehouse zones to facilitate smooth stock movement.
• Removing products from boxes, verifying titles, and stocking shelves accurately.
• Pulling, counting, and verifying customer orders using picking lists, RF scanners, or voice systems.
• Moving stock around the warehouse using hand carts or jacks, ensuring proper handling.
• Checking orders for accuracy and damages before packing and shipping.
• Packing orders securely with appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
• Completing quality assurance forms, scanning, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with additional warehouse duties as needed.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably throughout your shift.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude focused on safety and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
