TravelNurseSource is working with Conflux Systems Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73503!

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a medical-surgical unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Unit Details:

• 13-bed Medical-Surgical Unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5
• Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1–2 years of Med-Surg experience preferred
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
