Insurance Customer Service Representative

Supporting the Brokerage or MAQ teams, the full-time Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage pre and post-sale activities, including new prospect qualification and retention calls, while adhering to established procedures in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Adhere to established call scripting and workflows while answering questions about insurance plans and benefits Assist callers in the Medicare qualification process and ensure compliance with required information Handle a high volume of incoming calls and meet established performance metrics Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Proficiency in navigating technology and phone systems Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and maintain a customer service orientation Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills Experience in a call center environment or related to healthcare insurance is preferred
