Base pay range $77,000.00/yr - $91,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Tindall Corporation Summary of Primary Functions : Assist in the management and coordination of projects after the point of sale through closeout to ensure customer requirements and business plan performance objectives are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible to maintain enough frequency of communication with and input from all relevant parties to ensure that project plans are being met. Assist in securing specific project information or materials, or any other task necessary to keep established production and field schedules intact. Preparation of product take-offs and cost estimates as assigned. Ensure that the appropriate field safety and quality assurance measures are followed. Ensure contract terms are complied with in the execution of the work and for monitoring the project for changes for which change orders will be negotiated and executed in a timely manner per the terms of the contract. Understand customer requirements as accommodated by Tindall’s proposal and assisting in creating project schedules to meet said requirements with the input of the appropriate functional areas of the operation. Participate in meetings to convey necessary information and establishing the necessary plans to ensure the successful outcomes of all projects, and facilitating such meetings as directed. At the conclusion of every project, to assist in ensuring all close-out documentation has been submitted and that project files are appropriately archived once final payment is made, or to be personally responsible for same as directed. Assist project manager in convening one or more project post-mortem meetings to review the project with the appropriate functional areas for the purpose of identifying non-conformances, root causes and appropriate corrective actions, or to personally facilitate such meeting(s) as directed. Job Specifications or Qualifications Education and Experience : High School or GED with 3 to 5+ years of experience; associate degree preferred, bachelor’s degree a plus. 3 to 5 years of Precast concrete experience preferred. Working Environment : Although this is primarily and office position, time spent in outdoor manufacturing environment will expose employee to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
