Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Days: Monday through Friday with weekends as needed

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care.
• Participate in care planning and implementation for residents.
• Document and maintain accurate records of patient care.

Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Experience in long-term care preferred

Compliance / Notes

• Weekend rotation may be required.
• Nurses may float to neighboring sites as needed.
