Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
• We are looking for a technical project manager with strong experience in java-based software development to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical projects.
• The ideal candidate can bridge business needs with technical execution and support java engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Project Delivery: Planning, Scheduling, Risk Management, and Reporting.
• Work closely with Java developers to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure technical alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Background in Java development or experience managing Java-based projects.
• Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and Microservices.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). Regards,
