Position Overview

Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across multiple functions within their organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting for pharmaceutical and life sciences roles and a proven ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent from entry-level through Director-level positions.

This role will partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to recruit professionals across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, Product Development, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, and other critical business functions. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic talent advisor while managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of pharmaceutical and corporate positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for positions ranging from Associate-level contributors to Director-level leadership roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across key pharmaceutical functions, including:

• Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates for technical qualifications, industry experience, and organizational fit.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitive hiring insights.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Lead offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process through onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience supporting the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences industries.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for pharmaceutical manufacturing and technical roles.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry functions, GMP environments, and regulated manufacturing operations.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an internal corporate recruiter within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
• Strong network within the pharmaceutical and life sciences talent market.
