Nacho Daddy in Las Vegas is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our Commissary. This full-time role oversees daily kitchen operations, ensures health and sanitation compliance, and supports ordering, inventory, scheduling, and staff management. Candidates must be bilingual, have reliable transportation, be able to work graveyard shifts, and hold a Food Handlers Safety Card with ServSafe certification.
