Are you a talented and passionate Executive Chef with experience in Filipino cuisine Do you have a strong understanding of traditional Filipino flavors and techniques Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant city like Las Vegas Our 5-star hotel is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Filipino cuisine restaurant As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for creating innovative and authentic dishes that will delight our guests You will also oversee the kitchen operations manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff and ensure high quality standards are maintained Responsibilities Develop creative menu items that showcase traditional Filipino flavors and modern techniques Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking and plating Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high quality standards are consistently met Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting Extensive knowledge of traditional Filipino cuisine and cooking techniques Creativity in developing new dishes while maintaining authenticity Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff Strong organization skills with attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment We offer Competitive salary of $1200 per month Contract job with possibility for extension based on performance Free visa sponsorship Complimentary round-trip ticket from the Philippines Opportunity to work in the exciting city of Las Vegas #J-18808-Ljbffr
