Senior Manager, Business Development Strategic Planning (hybrid)

Senior Manager leading strategic planning initiatives for the Instruments Division. This hybrid role involves analyzing complex business problems, developing strategic recommendations, and coordinating the annual planning process across a matrixed organization while partnering with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business problems using strategic frameworks and data to identify opportunities and clarify challenges
- Source, model, and interpret internal and external data into actionable insights for decision-makers
- Develop and evaluate strategic options through research, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead the annual strategic planning process, coordinating timelines, frameworks, and contributors across divisions
- Drive implementation and accountability through tracking processes, scorecards, and progress metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of work experience
- Strong presentation skills and executive communication capabilities
- Ability to influence and communicate with business leaders at multiple levels
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years in consulting, strategy, corporate development, or MedTech industry
- Financial acumen with P&L management and analysis experience
Compensation: $135,600 - $225,900 USD annual
