Housing Connector
Housing Connector seeks a Recruiter / HR Generalist to lead inclusive hiring and support core people operations. In this mission-driven role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing diverse talent and coordinating interviews to offers and onboarding. You’ll maintain HRIS records, support benefits and compliance, and help drive culture, engagement, and equity-focused practices. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll use data and strong relationships with leaders and partners to build high-performing teams that expand housing access nationally.
