We're looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who are excited to provide individualized care while enjoying schedule flexibility and ongoing support. Check out who we are at pygtherapy.com
Position Highlights
- Competitive pay ranging from $46–$75 per visit/hour depending on experience, location, and employment type
- Full-time, part-time, and independent contractor positions
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunities available throughout Arizona
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision
- Complete electronic documentation
- Monitor patient progress
- Provide caregiver education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain quality patient care

Eligible full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, CEU reimbursement, licensure reimbursement, therapy materials reimbursement, and referral bonuses.
Requirements include an active Arizona COTA license, CPR certification, Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills.
