XR Visualization Program Manager

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting opportunity available for a program manager to develop our XR and visualization programs companywide. Responsibilities Lead our XR and visualization program, including strategy, workflows, and training. Research and communicate trends and technologies related to XR and visualization in the AEC industry. Network with industry peers and manage the XR and visualization workload process. Lead company-wide visualization programs, including strategy, training, and workflow standards. Perform research and implementation of emerging technologies. Lead teams and mentor staff. Use and troubleshoot XR/visualization hardware and other IT needs. Present to large audiences. Collaborate with multiple service lines and corporate management (IT and Marketing) groups. Qualifications Associate degree (or higher) in architectural design, gaming, or a relevant field. At least ten years of relevant experience. Experience with XR and visualization software programs such as Enscape 3D, Lumion, TwinMotion, Infraworks, LumenRT, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and/or AutoCAD. Experience leading company-wide visualization programs, including strategy, training, and workflow standards. Experience performing research and implementation of emerging technologies. Experience leading teams and mentoring staff. Experience using and troubleshooting XR/visualization hardware and other IT needs. Strong presentation skills to large audiences. Experience collaborating with multiple service lines and corporate management (IT and Marketing) groups. Strong communication and organizational skills, self‑motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
