Shipping Associate

Logistics Team Member

Painesville/Concord Area

1st shift - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - M-F

$17-$18/hour

Contract to Hire Opportunity!

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our products are shipped accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and ship orders accurately and in compliance with company standards
• Generate shipping labels, track shipments, and maintain shipping records
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and minimize errors
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to prioritize orders and resolve issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic proficiency with shipping software and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar shipping platforms
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and barcode scanning
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
