Shift: 12H Day/Night Rotate, 7a-7p & 7p-7a (1 week days, 1 week nights, etc.) + EOW

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care in the Emergency Room, leveraging expertise in trauma level IV, STEMI receiving, and stroke designations. The role involves direct patient care in a setting with 4 beds and 2 trauma bays, with a key focus on critical intervention and patient stabilization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in the ER
• Collaborate with the ED physician and manage patient flow
• Read and interpret telemetry strips
• Float to Med/surg and Swing bed as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years ER experience and previous Medsurg experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays if needed
