We are hiring a General Manager now with the opportunity to advance into Regional Management over two locations by the end of the year. We aren't hiring just for the club we have today. We're hiring for the organization we're building.THE OPPORTUNITY You will begin by leading one Workout Anytime location with responsibility for membership growth, personal training, people, payroll, retention, operations and the overall member experience. Your mission is simple: Grow the business. Develop the people. Own the numbers.But you won't do it on an island. You'll be part of one of the largest franchise platforms within Workout Anytime, with access to corporate leadership, experienced operators across the country, proven systems, ongoing coaching, seminars, corporate conferences, training and franchise-wide competitions. For this position specifically, there is an opportunity to advance into Regional Management overseeing two locations by the end of the year. That advancement isn't automatic. It's earned through performance, leadership and your ability to develop other people. As the company grows, so can your responsibility.COMPENSATION $50,000–$75,000 annual earning opportunity You'll receive a comfortable base salary plus meaningful performance-based compensation. We believe operators should participate financially in the results they create. Great managers coach, sell, solve problems and develop people who can eventually perform without them. EXPERIENCE We strongly prefer candidates who have already held a leadership role inside the fitness industry — General Manager, Assistant Manager, Fitness Director, PT Manager, Sales Manager or a comparable position. You should understand personal training as a business through personally selling PT, managing PT production, leading trainers responsible for sales, or running a PT department.
