You'll spend 70% of your time in the tactical trenches recruiting leaders, managing financials, engaging clients and 30% shaping the future through strategic planning, forecasting, and team development.

Your responsibilities as General Manager:

• Drive year-over-year growth in regional revenue, profit dollars, and profit percentage.
• Improve employee engagement scores across all branches within the assigned region.
• Achieve a minimum 95% annual client retention rate by conducting regular in-person visits with key accounts (monthly or quarterly, based on size and scope).
• Personally recruit at least two new management or staff members in the region each year.
• Actively mentor and develop at least two team members annually for internal promotion.
• Lead personal sales efforts to win new accounts and contribute to at least 10% annual regional growth.
• Attain proficiency in all relevant company systems, including onboarding, scheduling, financial tools, and CRM platforms.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all GardaWorld mandatory requirements across the region.
• Model the GardaWorld values daily, setting the standard for ethical leadership and operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in contract security services
• Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
