As we do so, we continue to support the Shelter Project, the company’s in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of lab processes, which can include but are not limited to various aspects of: extraction, hydrocarbon post-processing, winterization, filtration, rotary evaporation, and distillation Cleaning and preventive maintenance of all equipment, tools, and work areas Escalate any technical issues related to processes or equipment to their Supervisor Maintain safe and efficient production, working with delicate and expensive equipment Maintain accurate records for all production phase steps, using paper and electronic logs, METRC track-and-trace, and Odoo ERP Meet or exceed production goals with few to no errors Desired Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or production environment. Keen ability to follow instructions and receive feedback. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
