Work Environment\n

This role is conducted in a remote setting, allowing flexibility while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms and virtual counseling sessions. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, aligning with the needs of our clients while providing a balanced work-life integration for our staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify specific therapeutic needs, including individual mental health histories and current emotional challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapies that enrich the psychological resilience of seniors facing life transitions such as retirement, loss of loved ones, or health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances and mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus that enhances the overall compensation package.
