We're hiring a Quality Technician Supervisor to lead quality inspection activities and support quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment on 1st Shift . This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting production teams.
First Shift $70k-$80k
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Quality Technicians and Inspectors
- Oversee inspections, testing, and quality documentation
- Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions
- Support ISO 9001 compliance and audit activities
- Monitor quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with Production and Engineering to improve quality performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
- Experience with inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Blueprint reading and GD&T experience preferred
- PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and SPC experience a plus
