The business is in an exciting phase of growth, with significant opportunities to expand both organically and through strategic acquisitions. We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact finance leader to help scale the organization to the next level.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Controller role. We are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking VP of Finance who will own financial planning and analysis, drive business insights, and partner closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives.

You’ll lead a small team and play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, operational performance, and expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead FP&A , including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
\n
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
\n
• Partner with leadership to drive data-driven insights across operations, pricing, and profitability
\n
• Support and evaluate M&A opportunities , including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning
\n
• Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to track business performance
\n
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities as the company scales
\n
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing finance team
\n
• Act as a key business partner across departments to support growth and operational efficiency
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 8–15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
\n
• Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics
\n
• Exposure to or involvement in M&A transactions (evaluation, diligence, or integration)
\n
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
\n
• A builder mindset — someone who thrives in creating structure, not just maintaining it
\n
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership
\n
• Experience managing or mentoring a team
\n

Industry experience is not required.
