We partner with major retailers including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Belk, Stitch Fix, Burlington, and Walmart. Known for trend-driven, easy-wear apparel—ranging from tops and dresses to athleisure, outerwear, and loungewear—we are committed to delivering quality, comfort, and innovation in every collection.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support end-to-end production processes. This role will work closely with vendors, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate purchase order management, and adherence to production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase order (PO) issuance, updates, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines
- Track production timelines, delivery schedules, and inventory flow from development through shipping
- Communicate daily with vendors and factories regarding approvals, samples, order commitments, and shipment status
- Follow up on production samples, bulk production updates, tracking numbers, and delivery dates
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and factory performance to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain and update production, inventory, and timeline spreadsheets
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Technical teams on projections, size breaks, tickets, and system item setup
- Review and confirm fabric, trim, and color approvals for production
- Attend pre-production (PP) and top-of-production (TOP) fittings as needed
- Troubleshoot PO and production issues in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in apparel production or a related field
- Strong understanding of production timelines and purchase order management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- EDI/AMT experience is a plus
