Business Continuity Specialist

Serving as a subject matter expert in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, the full-time remote Business Continuity Specialist will collaborate with associates across the organization to develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans, ensuring effective preparation and response to business disruptions. Key responsibilities Provide expertise and support for planning and preparation related to business disruptions Coordinate the maintenance and testing of Business Continuity and Technical Recovery Plans Oversee the development of Operational Business Impact Analyses and Incident Response Plans Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in business continuity within financial services or related fields Active Business Continuity certification (e.g., ABCP, CBCP, MBCP) or ability to obtain one within the first year Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively as part of a team Experience with business continuity management systems, such as BC in the Cloud or Fusion
