As the Data Center Lead, you'll oversee daily operations and white space projects for data centers, acting as the primary liaison with Data Center Managers. You'll lead a team of technicians, manage critical tasks, and ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with client SLAs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily Oversight of Team Members
• Demonstrate strong, competent leadership for team members to guide them in reaching their full potential and meeting their objectives, which supports achievement of our corporate goals.
• Contribute actively to providing onboarding training and hands-on data center training to all team members.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to all team members.
• Conduct daily huddles with team members.
• Monitor daily performance to ensure client service is delivered in a timely and quality manner.
• Enable team members with framework to provide "run the business" support.
• Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned.
• Run the Business Leadership
• Regular walks through the Data Center daily.
• Effectively manage the ServiceNow ticketing queue, triaging tickets based on priority and scheduling work to meet / exceed SLA requirements.
• Perform Quality Checks and delegate Quality Checks to experienced data center technicians.
• Complete assigned and scheduled tasks in a timely manner in accordance with client deadlines.
• Provide guidance pertaining to physical installation and power-up (Rack & Stack) of servers, peripherals, and network equipment.
• Participate in SOP meetings and drive SOP development.
