Night Audit/Front Desk

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a well-established hotel near the Kansas City Airport, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor/ Front Desk Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing and auditing daily financial transactions while providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Balance and audit daily transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight shifts, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and run daily financial and operational reports.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
• Conduct routine security checks to help maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support hotel operations as needed during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle financial records and transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Experience with hotel management software is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent, or in a financial/accounting role is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training
