Regional GM - Multi-Site Packaging Leader

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Regional General Manager Bag-in-Box North America to lead three sites in USA, Canada and Mexico. You will drive performance, alignment, and growth across the regional network, shaping a scalable organization for the future. Reporting to the CEO and a member of the Divisional Executive Committee, you will balance local execution excellence with regional strategy, push for operational excellence, and develop leadership across the region.
