Position Overview A physician-led Nephrology practice in Phoenix, AZ is seeking dynamic and driven BE/BC Nephrologists to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a partner in one of the leading Nephrology groups in the nation and earn $850,000 per year. Position Details Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. schedule. Outpatient clinic and ER/ICU rounding. Minimal call requirements. Collaborate with over 70 physicians across 40 locations in the Phoenix and Tucson Metropolitan areas. Robust administrative and clinical support including NPs, PAs, and a full nursing staff to provide quality care and ensure patient retention. Physician-led practice allows for your voice to be heard. Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive base salary with a production bonus, the group offers a partnership track which includes dialysis ownership and additional income and investment opportunities. Partners are earning $850,000 per year. Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, $2,000 CME stipend, and 401(k) with 3% match.
