Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for adult patients in neuro-focused ICU/IMCU and stepdown environments, with potential for unit float
- Perform comprehensive neuro assessments, monitor neurological status, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and manage IVs, drains, lines, and devices per policy and physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, bedside nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
- Document all nursing care accurately in the electronic health record; ensure clear handoffs during shift change
- Maintain safety, infection control practices, and patient advocacy in a high-acuity setting

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty (neuro ICU/IMCU or PCU) or closely related neuro-critical care
- Active RN license with Nursys license verification
- Certification card (e.g., required per unit policy; include current certifications with your profile)
- Resume with no gaps greater than 60 days; Skills Checklist; References; Certification Card; Nursys verification
- Ability to work the listed shift and float between ICU/IMCU and stepdown units
