Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings. About the Role We are looking for a proactive employee to provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and provides support to their families. Responsibilities Understanding & implementing individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs Collecting data on individualized ABA program Completing a BACB approved RBT course and maintaining current registration Instructing participants and their family in home programs and protocols Education & Experience High School diploma/GED required. Experience working with children with a disability preferred. RBT certification preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required. Basic word processing and e-mail skills, required. Conditions of Employment Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
