**Join Our Dynamic Night Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity for a Flex RN to float between various medical and surgical units! - Work 12-hour night shifts from 1845 to 0715. - Scheduled for 36 hours per week following the first week of orientation, with no guarantee of hours. **General Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional patient care across multiple units. - Engage in a variety of procedures required by each unit. **Unit Details:** - Medical Unit: 77 beds - Laulima (Surgical Acute) Unit: 18 beds - Cardiovascular Unit: 15 beds **Patient Ratios:** - Medical: 1:6 for days/eves; 1:8 for nights - Laulima: 1:6 - Cardiovascular: 1:4 - Ratios may vary due to unexpected leaves. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience required, with up to 10 years preferred. - Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS - Preferred Certifications: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC - Active Hawaii RN license needed by the start of the assignment. **Equipment Utilization:** - Proficient use of Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes. **Floating Requirements:** - Flexibility to float to Medical Unit, Laulima Unit, and Cardiovascular Unit on rare occasions. **Dress Code:** - Professional nursing attire — clean scrubs. **Orientation Program:** - Comprehensive orientation provided for each unit to ensure smooth integration into the team. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
