Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician Apprentice
Are you passionate about hands-on work and eager to learn new skills in the field of engineered systems maintenance? Engineered Systems in the Asheville, NC area is seeking a Maintenance Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and looking to kickstart their career in the maintenance industry.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance tasks
- Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on various crane systems
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Attend training sessions to further develop technical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push/pull 50lbs routinely and work in different environmental conditions
