National Sales Manager

We are partnering with a global industrial materials organization seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support growth across building materials, industrial applications, coatings, and specialty manufacturing markets. Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 per year Job Details Reports to: CEO Core Responsibilities: Market Ownership, Consultative Selling, Leadership, Ability to Influence Business Strategy Responsibilities Manage and grow existing industrial sales accounts Develop new business opportunities across target markets Support distributor and direct sales channels Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams on product applications Conduct customer visits, trade shows, and industry presentations Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and growth plans Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers Support market research and application development initiatives Utilize ERP and CRM systems for pricing, forecasting, and reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred 7+ years of industrial or technical sales experience Experience within building materials, industrial products, specialty chemicals, coatings, or related industries strongly preferred Proven relationship management and business development success Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to travel 30–50% ERP/SAP experience preferred Benefits Established global manufacturing organization Diverse industrial customer base Highly visible sales territory with growth opportunity Blend of strategic accounts and new business development Collaborative partnership with technical and manufacturing teams Opportunity to work with products used across construction, coatings, roofing, and industrial markets Strong compensation package plus company vehicle Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
