You’ll lead the guest journey from start to finish, ensuring each visit feels smooth, welcoming, and elevated. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to build relationships will set the tone for everything we do. What You’ll Do Greet every guest with a warm welcome Manage the guest experience from check‑in to check‑out Book appointments, answer phone calls, and handle monetary transactions Keep the front of the Saloon organized and inviting Support the team and maintain daily operations Qualifications No previous experience necessary Available for shifts on weekday afternoons/evenings (M–Th 4–8 PM, F 4–6 PM) & Saturdays 7 AM–4 PM 16+ years old or have a valid work permit Year‑round position—not seasonal Schedule & Compensation Shift times: M–Th 4–8 PM, F 4–6 PM, S 7 AM–4 PM Compensation: $15.00–$15.00 per hour Benefits Paid vacation days and holidays Group term life & AD&D coverage Retirement savings with employer match Continuing education opportunities Paid time off About the Company Hair Saloon has been a trusted name in men’s grooming for over 25 years.
