Roberson's Albany Ford Technician Position
Career minded individuals needed for a first class technician position at Roberson's Albany Ford located in Albany, OR. We are looking for experienced technicians to join our industry leading service team! We are a high volume shop in a small town. Enjoy excellent pay and performance incentives at a dealership where your skills will be recognized and rewarded! Wage to be discussed in the interview, varies based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform work outlined on maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to service advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay in line with rapidly changing technology
Job Requirements:
- Automotive technician experience required.
- Diesel technician experience a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift at least 301bs, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces as needed.
- A valid driver's license
