Senior Assistant Manager

Direct Report - Operations Manager / General Manager

The Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for and accountable to the day to day operations of the business and development of the Assistant Manager Team.

The SAM reports directly to and works closely with the Operations Manager, as the SAM position is a training ground for future Operations Manager candidates.

The Senior Assistant Manager is accountable to the following initiative:

FOH Opening and Closing Checklists Results

FOH Weekly Beautification Checklists Results

• Guest Satisfaction Results

Quality Shift Set Up and Execution

• Health Code and OSHA compliance

Audits/Health Inspections/Quarterly Safety Audits

Selection of Safety Committee

Period Safety Meetings and educating entire staff on period safety initiatives

Quarterly Safety Audits

• Training and Development

Oversee and support -

O Assistant Manager Team - Active in each Team Members professional development
