Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) Greenwood, South Carolina. This position involves evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients within an outpatient setting. The role requires providing skilled therapy services, documentation, and education to patients and their families, ensuring high standards of safety and professionalism. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for South Carolina; successful completion of an assignment with the staffing agency or organization is highly desired; six-month duration preferred
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and applying treatment plans, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with regulations, and participating in student training and professional development initiatives.
• Adheres to state practice act regulations and maintains licensure in good standing.
• Demonstrates awareness of organizational performance improvement activities and actively participates in quality initiatives.
